Opal was Best of Opposite Sex at the Lower Columbia Siberian Husky Club Specialty under Mr. Marion D. Ward for her first major toward her Grand Championship. (5pts)
 And on Sunday she was awarded Best of Opposite Sex again under Judge Ms. Jane Haefner  (5pts).  Both of these wins gave her 10 points towards her Grand Championship. Opal is currently out of coat, but look for her in the ring when her hair returns.
